(Last Updated On: June 29, 2020)

Composing for film and television is one of the possible avenues for an aspiring musician.

It is not an easy job and it requires talents that go beyond music theory knowledge.

Years of music training, an ability to understand the film language, and good people skills are essential.

To give us insight, we bring an interview with Chee Wei Tay, a Singapore-born award winning film composer with credits on scores for National Geographic Channel, Discovery, BBC, Animal Planet and others.
